Own the Inbox Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or participating in an Own the Inbox (“OTI”) membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

Your OTI membership provides access to the content, resources, training, sessions, and other benefits included with the membership level you purchase. Membership features may be updated or modified from time to time as the program evolves.

2. Recurring Billing

OTI memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at checkout for your initial membership payment and automatically each month thereafter at the applicable membership rate until you cancel.

Your membership price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid your next recurring charge, your cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to your membership through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Instructions for requesting or completing a cancellation will be provided with your membership information. You may also contact us for assistance.

4. Refunds & 30-Day Confidence Guarantee

Your initial membership purchase is covered by our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee.

If you decide the membership is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

The 30-Day Confidence Guarantee applies only to the initial membership payment and does not restart with subsequent monthly renewals.

5. Membership Access

Your membership and associated materials are for your individual use only. You may not share your login credentials or provide other individuals with unauthorized access to paid membership content.

Access to membership content and services is available while your membership is active, subject to any access terms communicated as part of your membership.

6. Intellectual Property

All OTI curriculum, videos, recordings, trainings, templates, frameworks, downloads, written materials, graphics, and other membership content are owned by or licensed to Own the Inbox/Northstar Marketing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use these materials for your own business and educational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, teach, share, or commercially exploit OTI materials without prior written permission.

7. Recording & Media Consent

OTI membership sessions may be recorded.

By agreeing to the Recording & Media Consent presented at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your name, voice, likeness, comments, feedback, and results you voluntarily share during OTI membership activities may be included in educational or promotional materials.

8. Community Conduct

OTI is intended to provide a constructive and respectful learning environment. Members are expected to interact professionally and respectfully with other members, instructors, and guests.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate participation for conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, unlawful, or substantially interferes with the experience of other members.

9. No Guarantee of Results

OTI provides education, tools, strategies, resources, and support. Your individual results will depend on many factors, including your business, market, experience, decisions, effort, and implementation.

We do not guarantee specific business, audience, revenue, subscriber, sales, or other results from participating in OTI.

10. Educational Purposes

OTI content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing provided through the membership constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own business decisions and should consult an appropriate professional when necessary.

11. Changes to the Membership

We may periodically update membership content, resources, schedules, instructors, features, or other aspects of OTI as the program evolves.

If a material change affects your subscription or recurring payment terms, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access for material violations of these Terms, misuse of OTI materials, fraudulent activity, or serious violations of community standards.

Any refund associated with a termination will be determined in accordance with these Terms, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Own the Inbox/Northstar Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your participation in or use of the membership.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be made available through our website or membership materials.

Own the Inbox Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident about joining Own the Inbox. The following policy explains our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee, recurring membership payments, refunds, and cancellations.

30-Day Confidence Guarantee

Your initial OTI membership purchase is protected by our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee.

If you decide the membership isn't the right fit, email us within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date and request a refund.

If your request qualifies under the guarantee, we will refund your initial membership payment to the original payment method.

Once a refund is processed, your membership access may be terminated.

Monthly Renewal Payments

The 30-Day Confidence Guarantee applies to your initial membership payment only. It does not restart each month and does not apply to subsequent recurring membership payments.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, monthly renewal payments made after the initial 30-day guarantee period are non-refundable.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for another month, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Once your cancellation is effective, no additional recurring membership payments will be charged.

Unless a refund has been issued or otherwise stated, you may continue to access your membership through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The amount of time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
